- Where does our student data go?
- Learner PII stays inside your network. The on-premise agent reads EBS locally and pushes contacts straight to your own HubSpot portal. Our cloud only holds configuration, per college mapping and encrypted OAuth tokens. It never holds student records.
- Which EBS versions and setups do you support?
- FEDataSync reads from SQL views over your Tribal EBS data, so the integration works across common EBS deployments and reporting warehouses. If you're unsure about your setup, book a demo and we'll confirm compatibility.
- How long does setup take?
- Most colleges go live without a long integration project. You install the agent, map your views to HubSpot properties and authorise HubSpot with OAuth. We guide you through each step.
- Do we need anything from the HubSpot marketplace?
- No marketplace purchase is needed. You connect your existing HubSpot portal once with standard OAuth. No passwords are shared or stored.
- Is there a contract and a DPA?
- Yes. FEDataSync is provided on an annual per college subscription, and we act as your data processor under a Data Processing Agreement that we can share for review.
- How do you stop HubSpot drifting out of sync?
